Erasmus+ available again at all Hungarian universities

The main reason why Hungarian universities operated by public trust foundations were excluded from Erasmus+ and Horizon programmes was because according to the EC, the Orbán government was keeping these institutions under the control of Fidesz politicians who had been appointed to their boards.
